The SeaI/O-462M-OEM provides 96 digital I/O channels through an RS-485 Modbus RTU interface, making it ideal for PC-based industrial automation tasks. The 96 I/O lines are grouped into twelve 8-bit ports, each configurable as input or output. Designed for OEM use, it comes as a board-only solution with mounting standoffs and offers flexible power input through either a terminal block or modular connector.

Connection to standard relay racks is straightforward with Sealevel’s CA237 cable, which splits the DB-78 connector into two 50-pin IDC connectors. Communication is enabled using the Modbus RTU protocol or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API for custom development. Compatible with both Windows and Linux, this product is a robust choice for scalable digital I/O applications.
